When life gets hectic and busy schedules arise, it is hard to feel like you can remain calm from all the stress that is surrounding you. When this moment arises, breathe. Focus on your breath - your breath is easy, it is calm, it is soothing. Remind yourself that the power to remain calm is within you, just like your breath is. All you need to do is slow down, and breathe. :)
